PT Property Estimator & Transcriptionist (Remote IN, TN, TX, MS, PA, NC, SC
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are seeking motivated, driven, and highly independent candidates to become trained Property Estimators & Transcriptionists.
Position Description:
As part of the InfraWare team, you will assist insurance companies serve their clients by helping to replace lost, stolen, or damaged items. You will receive descriptions of damaged property items in various formats, including handwritten and audio that may need to be transcribed. A majority of the role entails a Property Estimator to efficiently perform a Google search of the item and decide on a fair replacement based on a set of guidelines for that insurance company. Estimators are expected to maintain a minimum number of items per hour post-training. Hourly pay is dictated by the average items per hour produced in a two week pay period, starting at the minimum of $10/hr. There is a light amount of client phone interaction with this role.
