I am looking for a freelancer to help me with Project A: to develop a customer feedback system. The main objective of the project is to improve customer satisfaction, and the target audience are our existing customers. The solution I am looking for is a customer feedback system: implementing new technology, revamping existing processes, or any other way to get accurate, direct feedback from our customers on their experience with our products and services.
This project is high priority and I am looking for someone who can provide an innovative and efficient solution that yields accurate data quickly and can be easily implemented. The freelancer should have a good understanding of customer feedback systems, as well as experience in data analysis and implementation. The ability to provide useful insight and act as a consultant is a plus.
