Program a simple excel macro in 1 day for my company

I am looking for a freelancer who can program a simple excel macro for my college. The specific task that I need the macro to perform is data entry automation.
So basically, I have a working macro for another college which I have attached, I wish to create a similar macro for my own college.
50$ bonus if you can do it within set timeframe with best options.
So, the macro has a main page that has simple dropdown options to choose the course, location of the student, the intake of the course and other options as per specified.
***I would love to see and award the person with the best and earliest working sample.**** Let me tell you a little bit about the current college and its courses.
There are only 5 courses in total that need to be included in this generator:
- Bachelor of Information technology (business information systems)
- Bachelor of Information technology (Digital Enterprise)
- Master of Information technology (Digital leadership)
- Masters of Information technology (Data analytics)
- Masters of Information technology (Cyber security)
The start semester needs to be as follows:
- T2 2023- 17/07/2023
- T3 2023 - 13/11/2023
- T1 2024 - 18/03/2024
- T2 2024 - 15/07/2024
- T3 2024 - 11/11/2024
- T1 2025- 17/03/2025
- T2 2025- 14/07/2025
- T3 2025- 11/11/2025
All other required information will be given as per requirement but I want to have a finished macro within 1 day.
I already have an existing template for this macro, so the freelancer will not need to create one from scratch. I have uploaded the excel template, It is from a different institution but I need something similar.
I have also uploaded a video about how this sample macro from other institution works so you can have the assistance required.
The idea is to include all this information in the offer letter and get it done.
The level of complexity needed for the macro is intermediate.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong knowledge of Excel and VBA programming
- Experience in creating macros for data entry automation
- Ability to work with existing templates and modify them as needed
