I need a reliable helper who can keep three things moving smoothly every day: polishing my product photos, replying to incoming WhatsApp enquiries, and logging simple order data.
For the photos, every file you receive will be a product shot. Your job is to remove the background cleanly and balance colour + lighting so the items look crisp, bright, and consistent across the catalogue. I usually work with PNGs at 2000 px on the long edge, so final images should come back at the same resolution, ready for web upload. Feel free to use Photoshop, Lightroom, or any comparable tool you’re comfortable with as long as the result is sharp with no halo edges.
At the same time, you’ll keep an eye on our dedicated WhatsApp number. I supply a concise FAQ script; you’ll respond to customers using that tone, note any special requests, and flag anything outside the script for me.
Finally, whenever an order comes in you’ll enter the customer’s name, product, quantity, and shipping address into a Google Sheet that’s already formatted—no spreadsheet setup required, just accurate typing.
Deliverables each workday:
• Edited product images returned in matching filenames
• WhatsApp chats answered within agreed response window
• New rows added to the sheet for every confirmed order
