Printed Document Data Entry

I have a small batch of printed pages—no more than fifty—that need to be keyed into a clean, editable digital format. The originals will be provided as high-resolution scans, so everything is clearly legible; what matters most is accurate transcription and consistent formatting.

The work is pure text data entry. There are no tables, formulas, or complicated layouts—just straightforward paragraphs that should read exactly as they appear on the page, free of typos. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source unless I indicate otherwise.

Deliverables:
• A single Microsoft Word file (or Google Docs if preferred) containing the full, proof-read transcription
• A brief note highlighting any uncertain words or smudged sections you encounter

Once I verify accuracy, the task is complete and the milestone can be released.
