Pricing Organization & Conversion Spreadsheet

I need help creating an advanced pricing organization and conversion spreadsheet. The spreadsheet will include physical products, as well as a combination of existing and starting from scratch pricing structures. It must contain prices, product names, descriptions, and any other pertinent data needed for organizing the data efficiently. It should be easy to use and understand, no matter the size and complexity of the pricing information. I'm looking for an organized and comprehensive solution to putting together this database. It's essential that the spreadsheet offer an intuitive user interface, with the ability to quickly and easily review the pricing information. I have a 300 page document with pricing in Euros, I need it converted to US Dollars. It would be great if someone spoke Ukranian so they could communicate with the company directly if they had questions for additional information. The file I need to upload is too large to send.
