Price Changes to our Xero and Shopify Items
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
• To change our item prices on XERO and Shopify when there is a change in the foreign exchange rate, or we change our percentage markup rate.
• Our input files are our suppliers’ prices to us in either our home currency or their home currency.
• We receive these files in either Excel or .csv
• Other input files are all our Items on XERO and Shopify which we use Couple.io to fetch.
• We have 2 tables in Excel that determine our markup % per Item, and a table which has the suppliers SKU code and our corresponding equivalent.
• Our user input would be the foreign exchange rate, the courier rate %, and the change in our percentage markup.
• Output would be item .csv files for import into XERO, product .csv files for import into Shopify, and updated Excel markup file. Ideally it would be preferable if these could be uploaded directly to Xero and Shopify without us manually importing them.
