Precision Image-to-Text Conversion

I have a series of JPEG screenshots that I capture on-the-fly and need converted into clean, copy-ready text. The content is almost entirely numeric, often with decimal points, so absolute accuracy is critical—an exact match is required every time. Each time I take a screenshot I will pass it to you for OCR; the flow is ongoing, not just a fixed batch, so I’m looking for someone who can respond quickly and consistently.

Your task is simple yet meticulous: extract the text from each incoming JPEG and return it as plain text (UTF-8) with zero transcription errors. If any digit, decimal point, or symbol is uncertain, flag it immediately rather than guessing.

Deliverables for every screenshot:
• Plain-text file containing the extracted data
• A quick confirmation note if all characters were captured with certainty, or a flagged line where manual verification is needed
