• Verify the candidate’s enrolment dates, program of study, and completion status directly with the registrar or records office
• Obtain written or emailed confirmation from the institution, or an equivalent official record
• Compile a concise verification report summarising your findings, supporting evidence, contact names, and timestamps
Acceptance criteria
– Confirmation must come from an authorised representative of the institution (registrar, HR desk, or academic records office)
– All statements in the report must be backed by a copy of the institution’s response or a notarised note of your phone conversation
– Report delivered as a PDF within 3 business days of receiving candidate details
