I’m finalising a hire in Frankfurt (Oder) and need an experienced, detail-oriented partner to confirm the candidate’s previous employment history. The task centres solely on employment verification—no education or reference checks are required.
Here’s what I expect:
• Contact the stated employer(s) or their HR representatives.
• Confirm the candidate truly worked there, matching job title and period of employment.
• Collect written or email confirmation, or provide call logs plus a signed verification form.
• Compile a short, clear report in English (PDF) that summarises each finding and attaches any supporting evidence.
All work must respect German data-protection rules (GDPR) and the company’s privacy policies. I’ll supply the candidate’s signed consent, employer details, and a template you can use if a company requests written authorisation.
