Power BI Dashboard for HR Department (On-Site in Riyadh)

I am looking to hire a Power BI freelancer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for on-site work to build an HR dashboard for the Employee Relations department. The dashboard will centralize employee relations data, including personal information, employment details, medical insurance tracking, HR operational data, offboarding tracking, and cost analysis. The freelancer must create a clean and structured data model from multiple Excel files and design interactive dashboards with filters and KPIs. Prior experience with HR or employee lifecycle dashboards is highly preferred.

Key Requirements:
