Power App Financial Data Digitization

I have an Excel workbook packed with financial data that I want living in a modern, cloud-based environment. My goal is to migrate everything into a SharePoint list and then surface it through a Power App so the team can perform day-to-day data entry and updates without touching the spreadsheet again.
The app must keep our numbers clean: automated data validation is essential to stop bad entries at the door, and real-time data syncing between the Power App and SharePoint is non-negotiable so everyone always sees the latest figures. If you can also suggest lightweight form creation techniques for future enhancements, that would be a bonus, but the immediate focus is validation and live sync.
Deliverables I will sign off on:
• A SharePoint list structured to mirror the existing financial fields, imported from the Excel file.
• A canvas or model-driven Power App (whichever you recommend) connected to that list, supporting create, read, update, and delete actions.
• Built-in validation rules that block invalid numbers, duplicate records, and missing mandatory fields before they save.
• Seamless, real-time two-way sync confirmed through practical tests with multiple users.
• A short handover guide so we can extend the solution after go-live.
