Title: Podcast Outreach & Research Assistant – Children's Health & EMF Awareness
Description:
I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented freelancer to assist with two tasks:
1. Podcast Guest Booking-you must have extensive previous eperience booking your client on podcasts
Your job will be to:
Research at least 15 free podcasts with international reach.
Focus on podcasts that cover topics such as:
Children's health
Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS)
Wellness, parenting, or environmental health
Contact podcast hosts/producers and pitch me as a guest speaker.
Prepare a personalized outreach email for each show (template provided).
Track outreach progress in a spreadsheet.
2. Contact List Creation:
You will also compile a spreadsheet of Waldorf and Steiner schools worldwide that includes:-
School name
City & country
Website
Key contact person (e.g., principal, administrator) the t names need to be current and the correct person for the ask.
Email address
Phone number
A minimum of 200 verified entries is expected, with accurate and up-to-date information.
Ideal Skills:
Excellent written English and professional communication
Extensive experience in podcast outreach or PR
Strong online research and data entry skills
Familiarity with education or health-related topics is a plus
Deliverables:
A clean, organized outreach tracking spreadsheet
A contact database of Waldorf/Steiner schools
Ready-to-send outreach emails in a shared document
