Help us find factory jobs for 20 Nepalese workers in Bulgaria
Project Description:
We are a German non-profit association.
We want to help 20 unskilled but reliable Nepalese workers find legal factory jobs in Bulgaria with accommodation.
Who are the workers?
• 10 Nepalese are already in Germany and can come to Bulgaria by land around 15 November 2025.
• 10 more are in Nepal and can fly to Bulgaria on short notice.
• All are physically strong, reliable, persistent, and have no criminal record.
What kind of jobs?
We are looking for companies that can employ 20 Nepalese together, or in two groups of 10.
The jobs should be in factories or production companies, ideally with accommodation provided.
The location inside Bulgaria does not matter.
Preferred job sectors:
• Manufacturing / factory work
• Packaging
• Logistics / warehouse
• Cleaning
• Textile industry
• Wood processing
• Metal processing
• Quality control
• Assembly / industrial work
What is the freelancer’s task?
We need a Bulgarian-based freelancer who can:
1. Search for Bulgarian companies that are open to hiring unskilled foreign workers.
2. Use your own research + our 8 job portals (we will provide links).
3. Call the companies by phone once you find a contact person.
4. Ask if they are interested in hiring 10–20 workers, and confirm:
o Name of company
o Contact person
o Job type
o Willingness to provide accommodation
5. Once a company is interested, send us the contact info.
We will take over from there.
Payment & Contact:
We pay fair and appropriate compensation for your time and work.
