PROJECT: Physician Email List (NC & SC Only)

Objective:
Build a verified and high-quality email database of physicians (doctors) located in North Carolina (NC) and South Carolina (SC), USA.

### 1. Target Audience
- Profession: Licensed Physicians / Doctors only
- Locations:
- North Carolina (NC)
- South Carolina (SC)
- Include all major specialties (but not limited to):
- Cardiology
- Dermatology
- Orthopedic Surgery
- Gastroenterology
- Radiology
- Emergency Medicine
- General Surgery
- Internal Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Oncology
- Neurology
- Pulmonology
- Urology
- ENT
- And other listed specialties

### 2. Data Fields Required
Each record must include:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Specialty
- Practice / Hospital Name
- City
- State (NC or SC only)
- Verified Email Address (MANDATORY)
- Phone Number (if available)
- Website URL (if available)

### 3. Email Requirements (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Emails must be:
- Valid & deliverable (no bounce)
- Preferably direct doctor emails
- If not available → use official clinic/business email
- Avoid:
- Generic invalid emails
- Duplicates
- Role-based emails unless necessary (info@, contact@ only if no alternative)

### 4. Email Verification Process
- All emails must be verified using:
- anymailfinder.com (mandatory)
- Additionally acceptable tools:
- NeverBounce / ZeroBounce / Hunter Verify

- Only include emails that are:
- Valid / Safe to Send
- Confidence score high (no risky emails)

### 5. Quantity Requirement
- Total Target: ~8,000 verified records
- Initial Delivery: 40 sample records for testing
- If quality is approved → proceed with full dataset

### 6. Data Quality Rules
- No duplicates
- No fake/generated emails
- No outdated data
- Must match location (strictly NC & SC only)
- Accuracy is more important than quantity

### 7. Delivery Format
- Format: Excel (.xlsx) or Google Sheet
- Proper column structure with headers
- Clean and organized data

### 8. Payment Terms
- Payment will be based on:
- Validity of emails
- Accuracy of data
- No payment for invalid/bounced emails
- Sample must pass validation test before full approval

- Physician directories (Healthgrades, Vitals, Zocdoc)
- Hospital & clinic websites
- LinkedIn (manual extraction)
- Medical associations

- This is a quality-first project
- Long-term work possible if results are good
- Strict validation will be performed before final acceptance
