Physical Docs Typed to Word

I need several physical documents transcribed into clean, editable Word files. The pages are printed; I will scan and send them as PDFs or images. Your job is to type everything manually—no OCR—to preserve accuracy, replicate basic formatting (headings, paragraphs, bold/italics), and return a separate .docx file for each source document.

Accuracy is my top priority, so I’ll review every page against the original. Please proofread before submitting and let me know:

• How many pages you can handle per day
• Your estimated turnaround once you know the final page count
• Any prior experience typing from handwritten or printed sources

Deliverables must meet these acceptance criteria:
1. Microsoft Word (.docx) files mirroring the original content and structure
2. No missing text, spelling errors, or unintended line breaks
3. Consistent formatting applied throughout each file
