Philippines Recruiter for CV Sourcing

I’m looking for a Philippine-based HR assistant or recruiter who can take on a freelance assignment: post my vacancy on the most effective local channels and hand back a pool of qualified applicants. I need between one and three hires, so the focus is on quality rather than mass volume.

Here’s what the work entails from my side. I will give you the job brief, target profile and any wording that must appear in the advert. You handle the rest—choosing the right boards or Facebook and LinkedIn groups, posting, answering applicant questions and collecting every résumé that meets the brief. Because this is a freelance gig, you can work your own hours as long as updates come in promptly and the shortlist is ready by the date we agree.

Deliverables I expect
• Live job posting links so I can verify the ads are up
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing each applicant’s name, contact details, salary expectation and a one-line summary of fit
• A folder with all CVs in PDF or original format

Once I review the list, I may ask you to nudge the strongest applicants or arrange initial screening calls, so please be open to a quick follow-up phase.
