Scope of Work:
• Build a clean Excel template with formulas for:
• KPI targets and actual performance
• Achievement % calculations
• Conditional payouts (minimum 80% achievement for eligibility)
• Proportional payouts up to 100% (no overachievement bonus)
• Total payout summary per employee
• Make the sheet easy to update and scalable for multiple users
• Ensure all formulas are accurate, transparent, and error-free
