Perform a research project, on GTA Online

Document in-game rewards, in-game payments, average time taken to complete tasks, and cooldowns for everything you can do in Grand Theft Auto Online

This is a research project; it will need to manually completed, as I don’t think there’s a way to reliably scrape the information.
The task is to document everything that can be done to earn in-game currency in the game Grand Theft Auto Online; cooldowns, and prerequisites / barriers to entry.
An example of the research I’m after can be found here (note the different tabs at the bottom):
