Pdf to Spreadsheet of invoices in Dutch language
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I am looking for a freelancer to convert PDF invoices into a Google sheets.
- The invoices are in Dutch, and I DO NOT need translation.
- The pdf file is 64 pages
- These are mostly scanned images of multiple invoices which are combined into a single pdf file
- Some invoices are one page, while some are two pages
- Some invoice-formats are identical to each other [because they are from the same seller]
- I have attached a sample with 6 pages to give you an idea about the different formats within the main file
- Only certain part of an invoice are needed - i) the invoice number [you will notice it is called Factuurnummer or Factuurnmr or some similar word], ii) Article Number [Artikel or Artikelnummer or Artikelnr or some similar sounding word], iii) the name of the item [Omschrijving or a simialr word - basically the main center /wide column which gives the name of the item being purchased], iv) number of units [mostly called Aantal], v) price per unit [stuksprijs], vi) taxes [BWT, VAT etc etc], vii) total price for each item, viii) total taxes at the bottom of the invoice, viii) total amount of the invoice
- All invoices should be in one single tab of the spreadsheet [as long as they are clearly / visually segregated]
- This kind of means that you need to pre-decide the columns before you move the data - so that all invoices finally end up in one consistent format, in one spreadhseet
- If you are unable to fit a unique invoice into the format of a majority of others, you may add it to a new tab
- I DO NOT need details about which bank account to pay, phone numbers, buyer name, seller name, emails, barcodes, addresses, transaction date and time, etc etc
- Basically the spreadsheet is being prepared to run analysis on name of the items, costs, number of units, taxes etc - so broadly speaking only the numerical data is critical
Do note -
- Familiarity with Dutch language is not required, only data transfer is needed
- Attention to detail to accurately transfer the data
- If you have knowledge of a tool/ software that does this and can save you time - go for it
- I am only interested in the final [fixed cost] - so feel free to innovate
