Patient Calls & eClinical Works Data Entry

We need help reaching out to a roster of established patients once every month, collecting three key data points—medical-history updates, current symptoms, and medication-adherence details—and documenting everything inside eClinical Works for our physicians' review.

You will place the call, speak clearly in English, listen empathetically, and type concise, legible notes directly into the chart. Because the work feeds straight into treatment plans, every encounter must include visible START and STOP timestamps covering both the phone conversation and the time you spend working in the EMR.

A beginner-level familiarity with eClinical Works is sufficient; We can walk you through our specific templates and quick-text. What matters most is comfort with basic medical terminology, accuracy, and consistency from month to month.

Deliverables each cycle:
• Completed encounter in eClinical Works for every patient on the schedule, with history, symptoms, and adherence fields filled in.
• START/STOP time annotations inside the encounter and in the activity log.
