Patent case information data entry

Filter for patent infringement cases filed by NPEs over the last month using the portal.unifiedpatents.com website. You will need to create an account with the website; it is free. For each case in the list, not the case number. Use the https://pacer.uscourts.gov/find-case/search-national-index website to search for the case number. We will provide you with login information to use for the PACER website. Find the case in the list of cases with matching numbers that matches the case from Unified Patents (there are multiple cases with the same case number; you can disambiguate by court name or parties list. Click into the case. Click on the parties list. Record each of the attorneys in the parties list for the defendant side. For each attorney record, record the case number, the attorney name, the law firm, the address, the phone number, and the email. If there are no attorneys listed on the defendant side for the case, skip this case. If there are, once you've finished recording each attorney record, return to the Unified Patents website, click into the page for the case, copy the list of patents in suit and paste the list in each of the attorney record rows.

You should be able to do at least 20 cases, ideally 30, per hour. We will pay you NZD $1 / case.
