Paris Proposal Planner and Photographer

I am looking for a professional photographer based in Paris to help me organize a proposal for December 28th, 2022. I plan to order lit up letters that say "Marry Me" and would like the freelancer to set the letters up near the eiffel tower and be ready with a camera to capture the proposal. Total time needed is likely only 1 hour.
