Paper Records Digitization to Word

I have fewer than 50 pages of handwritten or typed paper records that need to be faithfully recreated in Microsoft Word. Every header, bolded line, table, and paragraph break must mirror the original layout, but the end result has to look as if it were born digital—no skewed margins or makeshift text boxes. Please use Times New Roman throughout so the new file maintains a classic, uniform appearance.

You will receive clear scans of each page. While I want those scans kept, they should sit in a separate folder rather than being embedded in the Word document itself; this lets me reference the originals side-by-side without bloating the main file.

Deliverables:
• One fully formatted .docx file, proof-read and free of stray line breaks or spacing issues.
• A companion folder containing the unaltered page scans, named to correspond with their Word counterparts (e.g., “Page 01.jpg,” “Page 02.jpg,” etc.).

Accuracy matters more than speed, but a concise turnaround is appreciated. If any section of a scan is illegible, flag it for my review instead of guessing. Once complete, I’ll spot-check a handful of pages; if everything aligns perfectly, the project is done.
