Paginated Page Text Data Scraping

I'm in need of a web scraper for a specific site. The project involves collecting text data from a paginated web page. This is the target site: https://epbcpublicportal.environment.gov.au/all-referrals/. First is to scrape the URL of each individual project, then go into these URLs. In the individual project URL, there are two tabs - 'Summary' and 'Decision notices', where all the info are to be scraped to a CSV file.
Condition: Need it by Sunday 10 November 2024. Must be up to expectation.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in web scraping, particularly from paginated pages (with the same URL).
- Proficient in delivering data in a CSV file format.
