PDF content parsing and formatting

Hello,
I have a task related to parse and format parsed content of set of PDF files. Some of them well-formatted already and some - not.
Result is HTML-like formatted set of text files per PDF.
It doesn't matter what tooling or language you are going to use, only important final result. Beside example I have 10 more PDFs to parse, so once we deal with initial one we go further.
