I'm seeking a skilled data extractor to help me obtain text, images, and tables primarily from PDF and MS Word documents. The extracted data needs to be delivered in a plain text file.
The data in my documents doesn't have a strict standard layout, but it does tend to follow a few common patterns. Therefore, this task requires someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot and follow these recurring structures.
