PDF to Word Conversion, Keep Tables

I have a PDF that is almost entirely text, with a few tables sprinkled throughout. I simply need the whole document recreated in an editable .docx file so I can update the content later on.

The tables are important: please reproduce them exactly as they appear in the PDF—same column count, row structure, borders, and alignment. Other elements such as headings, bullet lists, or images are not a concern for this job.

Deliverable: a clean, fully editable Word document mirroring the original text flow and table layout, free of conversion errors or stray formatting.
