PDF Text to Formatted Tables -- 2

Job ID: 40566249

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I have a collection of PDFs that hold plain text which must be transcribed with 100 % accuracy and then reorganised into a clear, consistently structured table. I need two final files for each source document—one Excel workbook and one Word document—each reflecting identical column headings and row order so I can cross-reference them quickly.

Please enter the data exactly as it appears, preserve any spelling or punctuation found in the original, and keep each PDF separate (one sheet / one table per PDF). A simple grid with visible borders is all that’s required; no extra styling is necessary beyond standard table formatting built into Word and Excel.

If you use data-capture tools such as Adobe Acrobat text export, OCR, or Power Query, that’s fine, but be sure to proof-read everything manually before delivery; I will be spot-checking for typos and misaligned cells.

Deliverables for every PDF supplied:
• Excel (.xlsx) file containing the table
• Word (.docx) file containing the same table layout

Once you send the first converted sample, I’ll review it immediately so we can confirm the structure before you continue with the rest.
