I have a batch of digital PDFs that contain text only, and I need every word accurately transferred into an editable format. The job is straightforward data entry: open each PDF, extract or re-type the content, keep headings, paragraphs, and basic styling intact, and deliver clean, error-free documents ready for further editing.
You may rely on any reliable PDF-to-text tool—Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, OCR built into MS Word, or simply manual typing—so long as the final files are 100 % complete and the layout mirrors the originals. Spelling, punctuation, and line breaks must match the source; no omissions or additions.
Deliverables
• One Word (.docx) file for every PDF supplied
• A quick note summarising any pages that required manual correction
I will share the PDFs once we start; most are between 2–10 pages, and I’m aiming for a quick turnaround. Let me know how soon you can finish the first file, your preferred workflow, and any questions you might have.
