PDF Text Data Entry
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I have a collection of text-based PDF files that need to be re-typed manually into an editable digital format. No OCR or automated tools—every character must be keyed in to preserve exact wording, punctuation, and line breaks.
Here is what I expect:
• Receive the source PDFs from me via shared drive.
• Enter the content into the template I’ll supply (Microsoft Word) while matching original layout where practical.
• Run a quick spell-check, then cross-verify against the PDF to catch any discrepancies.
• Return the completed Word documents, clearly named, and upload them to the same drive.
Accuracy is critical; I will spot-check at least 10% of each file. Any section with more than 1 error per 500 words will be sent back for correction. Turnaround per file is negotiable once you see the average length, but reliability and consistent quality will lead to additional batches.
