I need help extracting text from a set of digital PDF documents and entering it faithfully into the template I will provide. Every word must match the source, including capitalization, punctuation, and line breaks where noted.
Here’s the simple workflow:
1. Open each PDF I send you.
2. Copy or re-type the text into the corresponding fields of my spreadsheet.
3. Proofread your work before submission to catch any missing characters, spacing issues, or typos.
Accuracy is more important than speed, but I do expect steady progress and clear daily updates so I can track how many files remain. Familiarity with PDF readers, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and basic text formatting will make the task smoother.
Deliverable:
• A fully populated spreadsheet (or Google Sheet, if you prefer) containing the exact text from every PDF I supply, ready for me to review and archive.
