PDF Scanned Image Copy Typing

I am in need of a skilled typist who can accurately transcribe text from a scanned image PDF. The document contains no complex elements such as charts, diagrams, or tables - just plain text. Your keen eye for detail and ability to make out words in the scanned image will be critical to the success of this project. Prior experience in transcribing PDF scanned images would be preferred.
