PDF Report Retrieval & Organization

I have roughly one hundred PDF reports that need to be pulled from various public-facing sites. A few of the links sit behind a basic CAPTCHA or ask for a quick one-field form before the file appears; I am happy with a partly manual workflow as long as everything can be executed on an everyday Windows or macOS laptop—no remote servers, headless browsers, or heavyweight bots required.
Here is the flow I need you to follow:
• Download each PDF locally, handle any light CAPTCHA or form gates along the way, and verify the file opens correctly.
• Rename every file so the name is instantly understandable (e.g., “Report Title – Publisher.pdf”).
• Upload the whole set to my OneDrive into clearly labelled folders or sub-folders so it is easy for me to browse later.
• Compile a simple Excel workbook with one row per report that captures: Report Title, Publisher, Original Source Link, and the final OneDrive Share Link.
I will provide the list of URLs (or starting pages) once we begin. The work is complete when the full batch is sitting in OneDrive, filenames look clean, and the spreadsheet matches the live links.
