PDF Form to CSV Conversion
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I have a completed inspection report saved as a fillable PDF form. The state agency that receives the report only accepts submissions in CSV format, so every single field that appears in the PDF—no exceptions—needs to land in a clean, well-structured CSV file (an Excel version for review would be helpful, too).
Nothing fancy is required beyond an accurate, one-to-one transfer: no extra calculations, no data cleaning, just direct conversion that preserves every value exactly as entered. A reusable Python, VBA, or similar script is welcome if that speeds the process and keeps future exports consistent.
Acceptance criteria
• CSV file containing 100 % of the PDF’s fields, column names clearly matching the original labels
• Optional .xlsx copy reflecting the same data for quick visual checks
• Spot-checked accuracy across multiple sample records before hand-off
Once delivered, I’ll upload the CSV to the state portal and confirm it passes their validation.
