PDF to Excel Data Entry

I have roughly 500 lines of text sitting in a PDF that need to be re-keyed into Excel and returned to me within three days. Because the source contains text only—no numbers or mixed fields—you can focus purely on accurate transcription without worrying about formulas or formatting quirks.

There is no rigid template to follow; just organise the information into clear, consistent columns so it is easy for me to sort and filter later. Every row is equally important, so no highlighting or special treatment is required. Precision matters here: I expect spelling, spacing, and line breaks to match the original.
