PDF to Excel Data Entry

I need 5000+ entries transferred from PDFs to Excel. The data is mixed (text and numbers).

Requirements:
- Data entry of mixed data (text and numbers)
- Text data should be formatted as a table in Excel
- Numerical data should be entered as plain numbers, no special formatting
