PDF Data Extraction to Excel

I'm seeking a professional who can efficiently extract text from several PDF files and input it into an Excel spreadsheet for data analysis purposes. The PDFs are stored in a folder and can also be accessed online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accessing the PDF files both locally and online.
- Accurately extracting text from the PDFs, which are structured in paragraphs.
- Inputting the extracted text into an Excel table.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in data extraction from PDFs.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Experience in preparing data for analysis.

- a PDF that shows where the data is on each PDF. Every PDF should be similar in structure and verbiage. The PDF is color coded so you can see what goes in column A, column B, etc
