PDF to Confluence Cleanup

Job ID: 39892935

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I already run each PDF through our Atlassian Confluence import tool, so you will start with a rough draft that needs polishing rather than a blank page. The source files mix text, tables, and images, yet the importer struggles most with tables—cell borders disappear, column widths shift, and merged cells break. Your main job is to jump into Confluence, repair those tables until they match the original layout, then tidy up any text flow or image placement along the way.

Scope of work
• Check every imported page against the original PDF.
• Re-create or fix tables for accurate structure, alignment, and styling.
• Re-position images so they sit exactly where they belong and scale correctly.
• Ensure headings, lists, and spacing look consistent throughout the page tree.
• Flag anything the tool may have dropped so I can supply missing assets.

I value efficiency, but accuracy comes first—especially on the tables. When you apply, point me to past Confluence or similar documentation clean-up work so I can see your style in action. I will grant Confluence access and share the PDFs after selection, then we can tackle batches page-by-page and track time as we go.
