Outsourcing my data entry job

Hi I am looking to start outsourcing my full time Data Entry Job. This is a 40 hour a week job in America. You will have to assume my name and work quality.
You must be fluent in English. I made a voice changer that should help you sound like me.
I am happy to help nest you and provide details about how to work the job. I will remain on a voice chat in case you have any questions about the job.
If you become proficient enough at the job and can take overtime you may have the 50% hourly extra pay.
There is a yearly bonus if you make it to the calendar end of the year.
There is a quitting bonus if you give a 30 day notice of wanting to quit.
There is an additional bonus to help train your replacement during those 30 days of notice.
