2 Organizational Charts

I am looking for a freelancer to create 2 organizational charts for my small organization. The purpose of these charts is to illustrate the reporting relationships within our company.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Creativity in suggesting chart formats and layouts
As I do not have a specific format for the charts, I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. However, I do have a rough idea of what I am looking for, so I am open to discussing and refining the concept with the freelancer.
