Organising Obsidian Vault - Spiritual & Business Themes

Data Cleaning + Obsidian Knowledge Vault Organizer (Spiritual & Business Themes)
Description:
I’m looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy virtual assistant or PKM (Personal Knowledge Management) expert to help me clean, organize, and load data into my Obsidian vault. This is part of a long-term system to manage my intellectual property, ideas, and spiritual/business research.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Clean up exported text from screenshots, PDFs, notes, ChatGPT transcripts
• Extract relevant content and remove duplicates, headers, timestamps, etc.
• Organize content into Obsidian using my existing category system (e.g. Shadow Work, Divine Mission, Soul Union, Masculine Psychology, Business Models)
• Apply consistent tags, headings, and folder structure
• Format entries in clean Markdown
• Set up or use plugins like Templater, Dataview, and Canvas (if you’re skilled with these)
Ideal Skills:
• Excellent data hygiene (naming, file consistency, structured thinking)
• Experience with Obsidian.md
• Strong attention to detail with Markdown formatting
• Bonus: Familiarity with spiritual, psychological, or coaching content
• Bonus: Can suggest Obsidian workflow improvements (plugins, automation)
Deliverables:
• Cleaned, formatted files ready to paste/load into Obsidian
• Organized folder + tag structure that matches my theme list
• 50–100 notes to start (will scale if this goes well)
Timeframe:
• Start ASAP
• First batch within 3–5 days
• Ongoing work available
