Order Processing For Custom Sportswear E-commerce Store

My sports custom teamwear e-commerce store is looking for an agency for a long term position. You will be working with our factories overlooking the production of orders via email, updating customers via email, updating orders via Shopify, and keeping track of the orders via google sheets. You will also have to reply to support emails that we receive

Requirements/Required experience:
• Must be familiar with Shopify
• Have experience with Order processing
• Email communication/etiquette
• Must be fluent in english (both speaking and writing)
• Have experience with data entry
• Must be able to work in pst or est time zone
• be able to communicate in spanish
