Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager, you will be key to our team. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the assigned System chat group for outstanding work and following up with the specialist delivery group.
- Collecting work from the "Researcher Deliveries" specialist group and posting it in the system chat group.
- Overseeing the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting the right candidate.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Strong communication skills for monitoring and following up in the chat group.
- Organized and detail-oriented to collect and post work accurately.
- Prior experience in a managerial or recruitment role is highly desirable.
