This role is responsible for end-to-end IT Portfolio Governance.
Specific responsibilities:
Monitors initiative status on a weekly and monthly basis ensuring projects are in line with Project Standard of Sun Life Philippines. Able to call out any deviations noted and ensure these are addressed by the PMs or AMs. Able to challenge status if there are inconsistencies in updates.
Reviews Change Requests and Closure Reports and ensures these are consistent with approval documents and updates presented.
