Job Description
We are looking for a reliable freelancer who can attend the India International Seafood Show (IISS 2025) at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, India and assist us in collecting exhibitor information.
Tasks:
Photography
Take clear photos of exhibitor booths, product displays, name cards, and brochures.
Information Collection (focus on companies processing Ribbon Fish):
Company Name
Booth Number
Contact Person
Designation / Title
Phone / Mobile Number
WhatsApp Number
Email
Company Address
Product Range
Data Organization
Compile all collected details into an Excel / Google Sheet.
Deliver all photos and documents in a structured folder.
Requirements
Must be physically present at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi during the exhibition.
Fluent in English or Hindi to communicate with exhibitors.
Able to take clear and well-organized photos.
Reliable and punctual with timely submission of work.
Timeline
Exhibition Dates: 25 – 28 September 2025.
Work Duration: 4 days (can be arranged per day basis).
Payment
To be discussed (daily rate or fixed project fee).
Payment will be released upon successful delivery of:
Excel/Sheet with exhibitor contacts
Photo package (booths, name cards, brochures, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in seafood/food trade fairs.
Background in B2B market research or supplier sourcing.
Ability to issue invoice/receipt is a plus.
