Need a online assistant for managing ads and help us in lead generation

1)must support 4-5 hrs daily
2)ability to create and manage content(100-300 words)
3)good with english communication
4)post , collect responses and submit to them , thats all process

please note bids below 7000 rupees must be accepted , since u can check content for responses daily , this is not tedious task
