One page Wordpress blog

I'm searching someone that could complete this work (the blog must be used to post news about a saas updates etc): A Blog with only one page, so when someone scrolls down the page finds all the previous blog posts, the style must be super easy and the website must be developed with Avada Theme I'm aming to pay 50€ for this project, if you have some suggestions or want further description contact me
