Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with collating public submissions for an offshore wind energy project. The successful applicant will be responsible for copying individual submissions from a public website and accurately transferring the information into a structured Word document.
Key Responsibilities:
- Access and navigate the designated public database to locate relevant submissions
- Copying individual submissions related to the offshore wind energy project
- Accurately transfer (paste) the content of each submission into a Word document
- Ensure proper formatting and organization of information within the document
- Maintain consistency in document structure across all entries
- Double-check work for accuracy and completeness
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of data entry principles
- Reliable internet connection

- This is a short-term project expected to take approximately 4-6 hours to complete
- The work can be done remotely
