I have a collection of printed official documents that I need transferred into clean, editable digital text. Each page must be reproduced verbatim—punctuation, capitalization, stamps, and signatures included—so accuracy is non-negotiable.

You will receive high-resolution scans (PDF) for reference and I expect the finished text returned in Microsoft Word, organised exactly as the source: same headings, paragraph breaks, page numbering, and any tables reproduced with proper alignment.

Because these are official records, confidentiality is essential. I will ask you to confirm that files stay on your secured drive and are deleted once the job is approved.

Deliverables
• A Word file for each source document, formatted to mirror the original
• A brief log noting any unreadable characters or ambiguities
